The staff were all very kind too!

I visited the store because they were holding an all-you-can-stuff-in-a-bag-with-dishes event.

The event was divided into two sessions, at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and numbered tickets were being distributed. I aimed for the 10:00 AM session and arrived near the store 10 minutes early.

The announcement on Instagram stated that tickets would only be distributed to those who arrived in front of the store at 10:00 AM, and that customers who arrived earlier would be turned away. However, after parking and walking to the store, I arrived exactly at 10:00 AM, only to find it was already packed with people who had lined up earlier.

Even though I followed the rules, they were giving tickets to troublesome-looking customers first, simply because they "followed the rules."

Many people parked at the nearby Ministop convenience store, but I parked in a distant parking lot, and was very disappointed.

I understand that the rules were probably in place to avoid inconveniencing the neighborhood, but I think their expectations were far too optimistic.

Customers were scattered throughout the roads and residential areas even after 10:00 AM, unsure of where to stay.

I think they should have implemented an online ticketing system.

I didn't want to enjoy a meal with the plates I'd bought after such a bad experience, so I went home, but I was very disappointed from the morning.
When I checked Instagram after getting home, there was a story posted without any explanation stating that the afternoon session was canceled.
I think they were completely unprepared in both thinking and actions, so I think it would be better if they didn't hold the event again.
I was really looking forward to it, so I'm truly disappointed.

I confirmed there were two events for the "all-you-can-stuff-in-a-bag-with-dishes" event: a 10 AM session and a 2 PM session. I lined up before 10 AM and got a ticket around the 20th position, but my entry time was 5 PM?! What?! I traveled for an hour from far away, and it's impossible! If it's divided into morning and afternoon sessions, shouldn't I be allowed in during the morning session?

Also, if the morning tickets are all gone, doesn't that mean those coming in the afternoon can't get in? Shouldn't I report on Instagram that I couldn't get in?

I traveled a long distance but ended up leaving without even entering the store.

I was looking for a single-story sink to put on my balcony, and when I searched for "kitchen" on Google Maps, Tempo Town came up, so I stopped in.
I went to several second-hand kitchen appliance stores, but I found the cheapest one here, about half the price of the others, so I bought it. The staff were very polite both in-store and over the phone. The tableware on the second floor has a wide selection and is reasonably priced, so I'd like to stop by again if I'm in the area.

The freezer in our shop broke down right at the beginning of the year, and I was wondering what to do...😭 That's when I remembered Tempos, whom I had connected with on Instagram before, and contacted them!
I was so touched by their incredibly kind, humble, and gentle response!!
They responded immediately and installed it the very next day!
They even said they'd help again if anything else came up, and I'm truly grateful. My daughter and I run the shop together, so we women aren't very reliable 💦
It was so reassuring ❤️ Thank you so much.
